Endeavor Catalyst closes fifth fund at $320m with backing from Jordan's ISSF
The oversubscribed vehicle brings total assets under management past $850m as investment accelerates across Europe and the Middle East.

Endeavor Catalyst has closed its fifth venture capital fund at $320 million, pushing its total assets under management to over $850 million.
The oversubscribed vehicle, known as Fund V, attracted capital from major institutional investors, including Jordan’s state-backed Innovative Startups and SMEs Fund (ISSF) as a lead limited partner. The fund will maintain the firm's established model of co-investing alongside growth equity and venture capital firms in high-growth enterprises across emerging and international markets.
Fund V is already actively deploying capital. It has put more than $55 million into 30 businesses so far and expects to commit another $25 million to $30 million before the end of 2026.
Investments in Jordan and the Middle East
The inclusion of Jordan's ISSF among the lead investors deepens Endeavor Catalyst's ties to the Jordanian technology ecosystem. The fund has invested roughly $10 million across nine companies in Jordan, including Tarjama, ZenHR, Tamatem Games, Eon Dental, and Altibbi.
Jordan recorded a notable milestone in May 2026 when software creation platform Replit became the country’s first selection as an Endeavor unicorn, as well as the 100th unicorn in Endeavor’s worldwide network. Replit co-founders Amjad Masad and Haya Odeh were chosen as Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and Endeavor Catalyst joined the company’s $400 million funding round at a $9 billion valuation.
ISSF’s involvement as a lead limited partner connects Jordan’s domestic startup sector directly with Endeavor Catalyst’s broader international network, creating potential follow-on channels for local businesses scaling outside their home market.
Global portfolio and growth in Europe
Across all five of its funds, Endeavor Catalyst has invested over $500 million across 469 transactions, including follow-on rounds. Its cumulative portfolio spans 437 companies in 44 markets, yielding 39 exits and 83 unicorns valued at $1 billion or more.
While Latin America remains the firm's largest regional market by portfolio size, deal activity in Europe has accelerated sharply. Endeavor Catalyst completed 12 new European investments during the first six months of 2026, compared with 14 across the entirety of 2025.
Endeavor Catalyst has not publicly detailed the complete group of limited partners participating in Fund V beyond ISSF.
