Tompkins County District Attorney Matthew Van Houten declined to prosecute the alleged assault on a 20-year-old student without interviewing her or reading witness files.
The student government has unanimously passed resolutions demanding institutional reform as the state reopens a criminal investigation into the alleged assault of a sophomore.
