Aurtus joins WTS Global network to expand cross-border tax advisory capabilities

The Indian tax and regulatory advisory firm has joined the 100-country global network to connect cross-border investors with international and GIFT City tax services.

By The India Decade

Indian advisory firm Aurtus has joined international tax network WTS Global as a member firm, creating a direct pipeline for cross-border tax, merger advisory, and regulatory services between India and foreign markets.

The partnership allows Indian businesses and family offices expanding abroad to draw on local tax expertise in over 100 countries. In return, multinational corporations and foreign private equity investors entering India can access Aurtus for Indian tax structuring, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance through WTS member firms in their home jurisdictions.

Founded in 2020, Aurtus has built a specialized non-audit practice focused on corporate tax advice, M&A restructuring, dispute resolution, and setup assistance within Gujarat's GIFT International Financial Services Centre (IFSC). Headquartered in India, the firm operates out of Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, and GIFT City, backed by a team of more than 75 chartered accountants and legal professionals.

Aurtus Founder and Chief Executive Officer Vishal Gada said the firm was established to pair research-led tax advice with practical implementation. Becoming part of WTS Global extends that purpose across borders, giving staff the opportunity to collaborate globally.

WTS Global, founded in 2003 and headquartered in the Netherlands, operates exclusively as a non-audit tax practice worldwide. The integration of Aurtus underscores the growing demand for Indian tax and regulatory expertise as foreign direct investment and institutional interest in India's expanding economy continue to rise.
