The Pune-based preventive healthcare startup will use the capital to scale its AI diagnostics platform and extend its connected microclinic network globally.

By The India Decade

Pune-based health-tech company Clinics On Cloud has raised $12.5 million (approximately Rs 120 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Dubai-based investors through Model42, powered by Enlightened Minds Investments. The capital injection values the company at Rs 600 crore, reflecting steady investor interest in India's expanding digital health infrastructure.

The startup plans to direct the new funds towards upgrading its artificial intelligence diagnostic software, stepping up research and development, and expanding its connected microclinic network. It will establish the United Arab Emirates as its operational hub for global growth while building market entries into Africa, Southeast Asia, and the United States.

Growth and deployment network

Founded in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud builds technology-driven healthcare hardware and software designed for preventive screening. The company entered the market with self-service Health ATMs and has since broadened its portfolio to include Health Lounges, Box Clinics, and Mobile Medical Units.

Its hardware and software suite combines rapid diagnostic screening, automated AI health reports, and integrated telemedicine capabilities. These units allow hospitals, pharmacies, private enterprises, and public bodies to establish operational microclinics in workplaces, residential complexes, and remote locations.

To support its next phase of growth, the company plans to partner with global healthcare innovators and technology providers. These alliances will focus on integrating advanced screening sensors and AI tools into its platform to make preventive health monitoring available outside conventional hospital settings.
