Parallel Loop raises $6.6 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital
The Indian tech ecosystem secures another boost as prominent venture capital firms and angel investors back the enterprise artificial intelligence platform.

Enterprise AI platform Parallel Loop secures $6.6 million seed funding
Enterprise artificial intelligence startup Parallel Loop has officially launched with $6.6 million in seed funding led by Bengaluru-based venture capital firm 3one4 Capital, reflecting strong investor confidence in India's expanding tech and startup ecosystem.
The round also saw participation from global and Indian investors, including Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures, Economic Development Innovations Singapore, Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah, and former Singapore Economic Development Board chairman Philip Yeo.
Founded in June 2026 by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, Parallel Loop operates as an AI partner for mid-market and large enterprises. The company integrates artificial intelligence directly into existing business workflows, databases, and governance frameworks, deploying forward-deployed engineers alongside client teams.
Driving enterprise transformation across global markets
Parallel Loop currently operates with a 30-member team across major hubs including Bengaluru, Singapore, Bangkok, London, and Dubai. The company already serves over 10 enterprise clients across multiple geographies, including Indian market leaders Havells India and Licious, alongside Thailand's Tokio Marine Safety Insurance.
The startup's modular architecture enables sovereign AI deployment, allowing clients to host AI workloads on-premises or within private cloud environments while maintaining strict data residency and compliance standards.
Here is how Parallel Loop's enterprise offerings are structured:
| Core capability | Operational role | Key client benefit |
|---|---|---|
| AI Enablement | Strategic roadmap definition | Identifies high-value enterprise use cases |
| AI Stack | Governed modular platform | Integrates live workflows with existing data |
| Software Factory | Forward-deployed engineering | Modernises legacy systems in reduced time |
"Intelligence has become abundant. What many organisations lack is the context, systems and capability to turn this into tangible business outcomes," Parallel Loop co-founder Prateek Jogani said.
Strong foundation in India's deep-tech landscape
The founders bring significant scaling experience to Parallel Loop, having previously built Thai insurtech company FairDee, which was acquired by Qoala. During their tenure at Qoala, Jogani served as Group Chief Technology Officer while Chean served as Group Chief Operating Officer, scaling technology operations across five Southeast Asian markets.
3one4 Capital partner Anurag Ramdasan noted that enterprise AI adoption requires deep domain expertise combined with robust technical integration.
"With Parallel Loop, Prateek and Yujun have delivered value to their customers and demonstrated real momentum," Ramdasan said in a statement. "They're closing enterprise deals and expanding accounts across multiple geographies with an outcome-led approach."
The substantial backing highlights India's position as a premier global technology destination and innovation hub, driven by strong entrepreneurial talent, advanced digital infrastructure, and supportive policy environments for frontier technology development.
