A BMW travelling at high speed lost control near Lotus Jetty early Sunday, fell about 75 feet and killed three students, leaving a fourth passenger critically injured.
Bruce Davis, a convicted member of Charles Manson’s cult who served life for two 1969 killings, died on Sept. 11 at the California Medical Facility in Vacaville, officials said.
